(Great Falls) The Great Falls International Airport announced that Frontier Airlines will be bringing seasonal flights to and from Denver beginning this spring.  The Great Falls airport, Great Falls Chamber of Commerce, local businesses and community officials have been working on attracting a low-cost carrier for the past year. 

 

The Denver-Great Falls flights are scheduled to begin May 14 and run through September 30.

From the GFIA press release - Exactly two months after announcing our busiest year ever, the Great Falls Airport has an even more exciting announcement. We are partnering with Frontier Airlines to bring additional summer flights to Great Falls.

 

A 2011 study indicated that Frontier offers the cheapest fares in the west of any major airline and we are bringing those savings to Central Montana. Tickets are already on sale at www.flyfrontier.com
